Hello Everyone!

First thanks to everybody for your input about and interest in the new AZBilliards.com shirts. :) You have all been so supportive over the years and have been patient these past few weeks as Eydie and I put everything together.

I read everyone's comments and worked carefully trying to put together tasteful and interesting shirts and options but with working towards keeping the cost reasonable. Currently we have a high quality tee and polo choice each in a variety of colors for a total of 8 products. I chose the colors based on what went well with the logo color and what would be the most flattering on the broadest variety of skin tones.

The polo will have the AZBilliards.com logo embroidered on the left hand chest area. You can have a name embroidered beneath the logo as an option of which you can either use your forum user ID name, your own name, or nickname...whatever you prefer. There is a slight additional charge for that option.

The Tees are beautiful and come in a nice variety of colors. The tees will have the AZBilliards.com logo with an eight ball instead of the "o" in the .com as well as the following text line "the A to Z of Billiards and Pool" on the back, also in the same shade as the logo.

IF YOU WISH TO RECEIVE YOUR SHIRT PRIOR TO THE BCA, PLEASE SEND YOUR ORDER BEFORE APRIL 20TH. All of the initial orders are custom, thus in preparation for the BCA, we will have the intial batch of orders all mailed out the last week of April and will send 2 day Priority Express. There is a shipping cost and is based on total amount ordered. Orders up to $50 is $6.50 shipping, total order from $50 - $99 is $9.50 shipping and all orders totally over $100 have free shipping.

They look good, but is there any way to see a shirt with the logo on it? Just to maybe get a feel for size...

I just put the logo's that will be on each respective shirt as it's own image in the detailed image section of the product listing. I thought about photoshopping it, but with 8 shirts available and time being the essence...I thought :) however now that it is up...I can take my time this week and try to do that. Don't quote me on that though...I tend to be way busy these days. Thanks alot though for interest. Holly
 
There was a slight image issue on the Tee's. The logo's were not showing. I have fixed that issue and can be seen clearly now int he detailed image section below the product description. Sorry bout that. Thanks.
 
Shirts

When I ordered mine, they both showed up as "white" in the invoice.
The cart showed colored shirts instead.
I sent email - so sure this will get fixed.

I saw this in the payment screen, so specified what to add as embroidery and what color shirts I wanted in the comments section.
These comments did not show up in the invoice or emailed confirmation.


Thanks for your help in putting this together from idea to full blown awesome product.

Problem

When I tried to pay for mine with Paypal, it took me to an add credit/debit
card screen, and would not let me out of it, to go to my account screen.

I can sign in normally (instead of branching there from AZB payment screen), but I need to know the email address of AZB to send the payment to??????

Some Q&a's That Have Come Up: Personal Embroidery, The Sku's On Your Receipts...

Hi Everybody Again...

A couple of questions have arisen...thanks to you fine folks who brought them to my attention. I appreciate your touching base with me so quickly.

Q1. Where do I indicate the name I would like to use if I order the option of having a name embroidered on the Polo?

A1. There is a Notes area in the credit card details screen. After you have placed and paid for the order scroll down towards the bottom of the screen and you should see it. If you pay with Paypal then you will need to send me which name you would like to have embroidered.

Q2. I have noticed that the SKU for each item I ordered has each one listed as "white" yet in my order reciept it does show that the item is what I wanted, (i.e, Navy Polo). Are you receiving my order correctly?

A2. Yes I am. The SKU for some reason is reading as "...white11,...white12..." and soforth. However, in each product description I listed the color for that specific item. Ignore the SKU number when you see the receipt and check the descriptions as you review your cart before you complete your transaction to make sure you are ordering exactly what you want.

Hmm, I'm clicking on the link provided in the first post. I see polo type shirts and then T type shirts. I click on one, click on "details" and I don't see any examples of logos. what am I doing wrong?

well holly i did look at the shirts and to me well i do like the blue one but i know how much they are $30.00 but to me cotton does shrink in the wash so and when it comes out of the dryer it shrinks so holly polyester shirts don't shrink like cotton does
