I am certainly NOT trying to bugger your sale..... But, after the Tascarella transaction, it sure seems like the chance of this cue ever getting back into the states "legally" are slim and none. Or, is the cue still in the U.S.?

Hi Glen,

i'm don't know how many people are shipping ivory cues into/out of USA but i'm pretty sure that i'm not the only one or the last one. of couse i understand i'm taking some risk. as you know well, i just had an event related to an ivory cue. that's why i'm willing to take all the risk. and if i had known the issue of shipping ivory, i would not have bought any ivory cues, including cues that have ivory ferrules. FYR, i used to play with SW, TAD & Sugartree cues that have no ivory.

anyway, i appreciate your reminding.

Let's say there's a USA pro player.
his play cue has ivory inlays, ferrules & butt cap.
he goes abroad for a pool game with his ivory cue.
when he returns to USA with the cue, is he breaking the law ?
