For sale is a 2001 SHOWMAN, which is NEAR MINT CONDITION (at least a 98.5 out of 100) & ROLLS DEAD STRAIGHT TOGETHER AND APART. The razor-sharp Ebony points have 2 dots and a notched diamond. The sleeve features 2 Maple windows and two cluster of 4 notched diamonds surrounding a dot. The butt cap is delrin. The cue has incredible stitch rings at the joint and 2 in the sleeve. The joint is piloted Ivory and plays incredible. The shafts have Ivory ferrules and Moori tips.

The specs are PERFECT:

Length: 29.5" + 29.5" = 59.0" (virtually all Showman cues are 29.0" + 29.5" (shafts) = 58.5")

Weight: 19.0 oz. with either shaft (rare as most Showmans weigh more than 19.3 oz.); the butt alone weighs 15.0 oz.

Shaft Diameters: 13.10 mm and 13.03 mm (both shafts look unplayed)

The cue comes with a full set of Showman made joint protectors and one for the butt made by Alton (CueCaps here on AZ). The joint protector made by Showman is the old style and merely says "Showman Cues." The lazer engraved jp for the butt was made by Alton.

This is a great, great cue, and plays as good as it looks. Someone will be very happy with it.:thumbup:

Bump to the front of the line for one heck of a Showman. It is the best Showman ball striker I have ever hit, and that's more than a dozen of John's cues.
 
Bump for the best Showman that has been posted for sale here on AZ or elsewhere in a very long time.

You had everyone's attention with that Hercek diamond cue you recently sold and now you follow-up
with this spectacular Showman pool cue. Not that it matters but you do have champagne taste in cues
and understandably, I'm looking forward to see what you'll come up with next as this one is out of my reach.
