Original Sledgehammer for sale

I bought this cue from Larry Nevel. It is an older sledgehammer with a custom stiff (euro) taper. It breaks the balls extremely well and jumps like a frog. The cue is in really good shape but has a little roll. I am looking to get 160 shipped. This cue has the radial pin.

I'll be honest, I don't really know all of the specifics about them. I was told that this was one of the cues that was actually built by Mike.

Mike Gulyassy posts on this forum. You could PM him to find out if it is an original.
 
I just pulled this cue out of the case and rolled it for the first time and I noticed that the butt has a slight roll to it but the shaft is straight. It wouldn't effect using the cue at all but when cue is together it has a little roll to it. I broke some racks with it this morning and it functions as a Sledgehammer would be expected to.... It crushes the balls.

Due to slight imperfection............PRICE LOWERED TO 160.00 SHIPPED.

Butt is 15..0 oz and the shaft is 4.1 oz.

I didn't say it was early I said it was described to me as original (meaning not China) by someone that was sponsored by MG.

Now...........please forget that you ever saw this thread.
 
I've seen these early cues when Mike first came out with them....some had linen wraps going all the way to the joint collars. I clearly remember he had several of them laid out for sale at the old Gametime....they had BOTH black & brown ferrule/tips on them.;)
