Worst thing is I read the first post.lol. I didn't read the entire thread however. I was gonna leave this one alone until I saw where Varney had made a post where he had somewhat of an explanation, or what I thought was one. I should have left it alone because now I'm somewhat aggravated due to the fact that I don't feel I was out of line with what I said. I guess thats the difference between speaking through a letter and in person. I wasn't saying he was an a$$hole. Thats the way he took it though. I just saw where the guy could be having a hard time in his life and someone is having his own issues and they could be resolved without any batter. I have cues coming in the next year from Showman, Haley, Searing, and a few others and they do not lie. Do you really think i care about the cue that much ( thats silly) i care about being lied to, and thats what you did.
Do you get it KV? please prove me wrong or make another useless analogy about a chef. If i order pasta tonight and the chef says it will be 30 minutes and it takes 3 hours (6times longer is pretty close) YOUR DAMN right i will call the cheff names. That was a good one.

I can promise you if Jim was 2 years behind on my cue and never kept in touch with me we'd have issues. So i was going to pm him this but decided to make it for all to see. I am GOING to get my cue, and i am hoping KV reads this because i need your lawyer to contact me as soon as possible in regards to this matter. Since she or he is FREE it should not be a problem but here goes.
I am entitled to expectation damages, and that is off the top of her head. We entered into a verbal contract ( which i kept thank god). The verbal agreement is binding and since my money was worth more a year ago than it is today i am entitled some compensation. Now i have access to about 40 lawyers for free ( sorry kev) and i am having a letter with the proper terminology writren up as we speak . My wifes maternity leave ends tommorrow and she goes back to work Monday. They said it would be ready in a few days.

Now since i am nto really a bad guy, I am willing to give KV a chance to make this right with a few stipulations from my end.
1.I want Kv to admit why he told 60 days and then why i have had 8 different delivery dates promised. If thats true he must have thought he could finish 20 or 30 (because thats what he said is ahead of me) in that time and boy did he miss it not once or twice but 8 times.
2.I want to know since he said he wont work out of order how all these people on here got thier cue before me?
3. I want an apology from KV for coming on here and making me look like the bad guy. The past he orderes tonight he can thank ME for it since i paid him already.
4. I want all this done publically on this forum in this thread or a new one started by him.
5. I want a FULL explanation on my situationin detail
