- We have been contacting the call center on a daily basis to continue to follow up on the booking issues. Please be patient with us while the agents get over this learning curve.
- Please make sure you give code S01DPKG only if booking the full 9 days from 1/22-1/30. The 9-day package must be booked separately from surrounding days. If you are only coming on miscellaneous days from 1/21-1/30, please only give the S01HDER code.
- If you have the first name of a certain agent who says there is no availability, please reply to this thread and let me know the name.
- Since we know rooms are available right now because it is coming from me, the Revenue Manager at the property, you can always try asking for a supervisor if the agent fails to tell you there is availability. It should not be this way, but maybe this could help the agents get up to speed on the event. If the supervisor tells you there is no availability, please give me their name.
Don't worry, we will get you guys in rooms. Please keep trying and keep up the communication with me and we will do our best to get the issues fixed.

So I tried to reserve the $99 package yesterday at about 5pm...I gave the promo code and spoke w a supervisor when the desk said they showed no availability. The supervisor(darn, didnt get name) said even if I wanted to spend $1000 a night there was still no availability. I related the ongoing problem with interested persons trying to make reservations and was told rooms were still not available.
I guess I will try again tomorrow
