2010 AZ room -- and an introduction
Hello AZers,
This will be my fourth Derby and my second at the Horseshoe. I'll make for three nights (Tues, Weds, and Thursday) at the hotel and maybe a fourth somewhere else.
Last year I lost about six pounds from all the walking, so that frees me up for some holiday overindulgence, heh-heh.
I should also point out that this is my first post, although I've been reading the board (lurking, I know) for nearly 10 years. A few of you I feel as though I know a little bit. Never felt a need to post before, but we'll take this out for a spin and see how it goes.
On the personal side, I'm an old geezer who grew up thinking Ronnie Allen was the greatest ever. After seeing Shane recently, I haven't changed my mind, but the boy does have an eye and a pleasant personality.
My own game is pretty pathetic, but I've been working hard on my home table and may go public again in January. We shall see.
See you all in about eight weeks. Cheers.

I had my heart set on coming this year, but I will be going to Italy soon after and I can't make both. Every year it seems I keep saying that I will be there next year.
After I go to Italy I think that I will stow away money so that no matter what flies my way I will still go in 2011.
