Mitchell Thomas is a custom cue maker in Winona MO who is dedicated to keeping his customers happy. He is truly an artist and perfectionist who builds everything by hand. No CNC machines, no Computers, just his knowledge, skills, and his love to perfect. He is now offering a few items that will come with a satisfaction guarantee!
Mitchell is a 1 man shop and can not mass produce shafts. Please understand that this offer is limited to this batch and if it goes well, we will try it again
I know, I know, sounds crazy! It's really happening. If you order any Mitchell Thomas hand made shaft, Low Deflection or otherwise he will guarantee your happiness OR...
1. He will change whatever part of the shaft you dislike. Including Taper, Diameter, Ferrule, and Tip. This will be done at no charge to you. Ship it back to him and he will personally call you and change it to whatever you like. Then he will pay for return shipping.
2. If that doesn't work he will send you another shaft entirely that may fit your needs better. Same adjustments available.
3. If this doesn't work, he will gladly refund your purchase minus a 20% restocking fee. No questions asked! There is a time limit on how long you can keep it. We prefer to use the honor system here and will until people start taking advantage of our kindness.
You must send your butt to Mitchell for proper fitting the first time! Adjustments can be made without your cue.
Shafts currently available.......... (All shaft wood is hand picked by Mitchell himself, no ordering cheap blanks)
1. Handmade Standard Maple Shaft - with your choice of Rings, Diameter, Taper, Ferule, and Tip. Special Requests are always an option
2. Hand Spliced Custom LD shaft in Maple - This is my personal favorite and will suit most players very well. It feels like a high quality Maple shaft and gives you LD advantages to boot! Try it, you will love it. It is more solid than what most are used to and VERY consistent!
3. Now for the Ringer! We call it the XXLD Shaft. It will deflect less than what you are currently using OR YOUR MONEY BACK plain and simple. It's not pretty, it's not Maple, it is unfair how much side spin you can use without adjusting your aim. Don't believe me? Try it and if you don't agree, send it back!!!!
4. Purple Heart Break shaft. It is a monster! Don't believe me? It can't cost you much to find out. Same guarantee for all custom shafts.
There are a few things I must add... You can't pay for an elk master and expect a moori upgrade if you don't like the tip. Use common sense and common courtesy please. We want you happy!
Prices start at $145 and go to about $215. We are very fair and don't kill you on tip upgrades. Ivory ferrules are not included in these prices. Please PM or email me at mitchellthomascues@gmail.com for specific details.
