Never chemically treated, now sealed with lacquer sealer. Kiln Dried.
Very straight grain, nice weight and very clean.
Average ring count 8-10, may be one or two with 12. Currently
.660 to .850 at 25 inches. Last 5 inches parallel at .880. I do it this way to have a nice section to chuck up on when doing ring work. Need to make space for some more shaft wood arriving shortly.
