This is a Dufferin conversion made by Neil Olsen

The wood is Alves into straight grain maple. The butt sleeve is BEM with cocobolo and maple rings. It has a hoppe ring. The buttcap and joint sleeves are CE Phenolic. I am sorry the pics are not nearly as professional as some posters. I surely admire their photography, but have not figured it out yet.

Cue weight 19.8oz
Shaft weight is 3.8oz
Tip diameter is 12.76mm
3/8 x 10 G10 joint pin
Aegis Ferrule
Lepro tip ( I will put any tip you want on this cue)

I have hit with Neil's cues before, and I was very impressed with the hit. This nice sneaky with black G-10 pin, Hoppe ring and deco rings is a no-brainer at this price for sure. Give it a try. It may be the one you've been looking for.
