Local guy Named Chester Morris used to be partners with Richard Helmstetter pool operations. Better know as Chet!!! Used to go to the retirement homes and do trick shots and exhibitions. Lived in Silver Spring, MD for years. Retired and moved to florida!!! Wife died but best friend is still around the DC area and shows up at local tournaments.
Jenny A.K.A. JAM knows him pretty well and may have a number for him!!!
Again he would be very old if still around and knows him better than most!!!
