I'm getting an early start on wishing you a Happy Birthday. Your Facebook account says it's tomorrow. Guys like you deserve an early start. :wink:

You're contributions to the pool world are immense.

It has been a pleasure to listen to your pool commentary with Accu-Stats videos. It has also been an honor to sit in the booth with you in years past in North Carolina.

ALL of YOUR tournaments have been FIRST CLASS and also an honor to play in them. I wish the Senior Tour tournaments would make a comeback. They were always fun. The Legends of One Pocket were a tremendous hit as well as the Senior Nine Ball Tournaments.

Your gambling exploits in pool are what legends are made of.

Your instructional videos are the absolute NUTS!

Happy birthday Grady Mathews, The sea of pool knowledge, I really learned alooooooooooot from you, really alot, love your commenterary - Everytime I buy/watch pool matches, I do wish deep inside that you are the guy commentating on it, because I know then that iam going to learn lots of stuff.

I have your birth date memorized. I was thinking earlier what I could say to you on your birthday thread. But Joey and the fellas here already said a lot! Let me just add this.....

Do you realize that you and a select few others in pooldom are considered living legends? And also, that your friends love to express our gratitude for the joy of knowing you! One of the very best moments I've ever had since I feel in love with pool 40 years ago was when we had that 3 1/2 hour dinner together, you, me and Randi. You were so kind....you answered my couple of hundred questions and still took time to regale me with 'tales of yore"! It's those kind of memories that you give to us that are near priceless! And I'm so glad that you get to feel and sense just some of the deep affection and sincere appreciation many of us have for you.

Grady, thank you so much for spending so much of your life in pooldom. What you've experienced and learned, and then have shared with us over the years, is like a treasure! You've also made me laugh countless times with some of the funny things you say. Thanks for all of that!
