There will be three tournaments in the next few weeks in the San Francisco Bay Area:

April 16-17, starts April 16 - 10:00am
Planned prize fund:
First prize - $1,000, 2nd prize - $500, 3rd prize - $250
Entry fee: $30
E1 Entertainment

The following are both $25 entry, 16 players max, USSA membership required:

April 30-May1 Shoreline Billiards, Mountain View -- $300 added

I didn't even have E1 Entertainment listed at findsnooker.com, and they currently have eight tables.
