Bonus Ball

I've never been screwed because I was super super lucky and the kindness in someone's heart threw me a lifeline. Unless the majority shareholder has your best interest in mind over what's due to you legally, it's bad action.

Anyone who's reading this... unless you own 51%... your vote doesn't count. Never be a minority shareholder in a private company. Either own it all or own nothing. Never buy into a privately held company as a minority shareholder. Not only is valuation cryptic at best, liquidation of stock could be impossible.

Thank god you survived Spider. Im just fine too. I still can't figure out why they are trying to steal my garbage! LOL Have a good day guys. I have business as usual with the World Wide Sport of Billiards Corporation Canada, if that company is even alive! LOL

My lawyer also gave me a plan to trade my common shares back to them but since they have both failed to respond to any of our requests, I guess thay are taking their toys home and I got no one to play with! LOL It is a shame because I was willing to bend over backwards to help Larry recover. Ignoring me has only made this worse.

The $30,000 that David Matlock pocketed in Vegas was sweet for him and his lady. They said they were going to use it to put a down payment on a house.

It's a shame you didn't get to see the IPT tournament in Vegas that Thorston won. It went to the hill. What was it for first place? I can't remember. $350,000? Life-changing money: real money, real rules, and real pool.

It was the next IPT tournament in Reno that the players got the news that the check would be in the mail, which in some cases did take 2 years. Keith had $5,000 coming to him, as I recall, and he sold it for 90 percent to another player friend.

Anyone interested in a cool pool read, check it out ---> HERE

Checked out the "cool pool read"....enjoyed it a lot....thanks

Properly packaged and presented you can sell almost anything nowadays -- you cannot blame the audience.

Ain't that the truth. I need to block QVC from my cable TV. They could polish up a turd, put sparkles on it, and then sell it. :embarrassed2:

Hey, it will create a job market for turd polishers, then the government can say "unemployment is falling".

WPBL ANNOUNCES Major daily Chiborak stupid decision. Once again, he now slaps Mark Griffen and Greg Sullivan who bent over backwards to help him and signs a deal to bring in Rasson Tables from China. WTF What about supporting our American industry and Diamond tables! I know Diamond offered him a great deal. Cleary...I mean clearly, another questionable business decision by this company, whoever finances it or owns it, the WPBL!

Right, lets pay to rent tables, when we could get sponsorship instead. Great idea Barry.

Rasson offered to support us. It's not a hard decision.

I have some documents in front of me that clearly state Diamond was going to provide tables free of charge. Seriously, get your acts together and start doing the right things! Does Larry Chiborak have the million dollar prize money for the players. Let's answer the most important question and not wether I'm the executive vice-president or the janitor. Will the WPBL put the prize money in trust for the players that you say are great friends of yours. A simple yes or no. If it is yes, when will Larry be producing evidence to support that to me, a shareholder? Or am I not a shareholder and this WPBL venture is a new corporation. Answers please!

Even the easy appearing decisions need to be thought out very carefully. If short term finances was the one and only consideration, then, maybe the firm is in financially troubled waters, someone had no problem revealing that to the public, and it may have been the right decision. But if, on the other hand, marketing and presenting a higher, more confident, successful, image was important, then maybe not so much. IMO.

Don't know enough particulars to get in the middle of this, just making a general business observation.

"provide", which means free rental.

Rasson was significantly more generous.

Nope no fighting here

You may have been implying the opposite, but this gets our foot in the door in Asia, and Rasson is willing to help promote the game overseas. That coupled with the fact that the Victory table is my favorite table on the market, makes for an easy decision.

We want to be innovative and have a modern look. The partnership with Rasson is perfect for us.

Sounds reasonable Nathan, good luck.

That happens here too -- they just call them "aiming systems."

bada bing...

Breaking into the Asian market??? Now that is funny! I can just see millions of Chinese logging in to see the Tampa Bay Babooms! I know that Brunswick said a flat out no and I'm thinking there is more to the Diamond story!

My attitude prior to this crap and my attitude now......
