Hello Everyone. I haven't been very active here since I sold most of my cue collection off a couple of years ago. I'm still not playing much pool and I just quit my job so I've decided to sell my main playing cue which I used for about 3 or 4 years.
Chris told me he would charge $1700 to make this cue today. Apparently amboyna is very expensive and hard to get these days. I'm asking (See Below) but feel free to make an offer.
The cue is easily in 90% condition. The pigskin wrap is flawless and it rolls straight with just a very, very, slight wobble. The main flaws are two mid-sized finish dings. One is on the butt and the other on the forearm (pictured). One shaft has seen semi-heavy play (basically about 3 days a week for 3 or 4 years.). This shaft also has some finish nicks around the joint collar. Chris cleaned up the shafts and they look great. He said he can mend the finish ding so it can't be felt but that there will be a light ring where the ding was. If you buy the cue and want any work done on it or if you want a new shaft, then I will take it to Chris before mailing it to you. If you don't want one of the shafst I'll take $75 off the price.
Updated Sept. 2015:
I'm still not playing much pool and have decided I need to sell my Nitti. One shaft has seen about 14 nights of play since being cleaned.
Price now lowered to $950 + shipping and PP. Thanks.
