Since Marty is threatening to inform the world of the "strife" that we promote here on his "highly watched" video channel, I thought I woud help him out...

be a little more specific as to exactly which one it is that has you
up in arms this time?

Highly watched? Watched high is more like it..

573 viewers? My guess: 570 watched a car crash, 3 thought they were learning something.

10K? I'm thinking it would be from the ADL or another nutjob watchdog group.

I can only imagine that a bald head keeps the tinfoil in place better. :thumbup:

He may be talking about the thread I started. I asked why he was so hated and what he has done in the past that makes it so that people even know who he is. The responses were not very nice and basically said he was mental. Maybe thats the problem he has, maybe the fact that everyone thinkshe isn't very well in the head makes him want to take legal action. I would take that as a tip I might be doing something wrong. If the reaction to the post was "Oh Marty is a great guy, Marty is a stud, Marty is gonna change the pool world he would not have a problem. I can't believe that he is saying that to you.

You might want to share that threadlink with Mark. He needs to go to 2:18:30 in the video link in that thread, and see what is being talked about. Marty names names -- both people and the companies they run -- and he's liberal with the vitriol. In a short span, he manages to "incinerate" AZBilliards, TAR, and CSI collectively.

The funny thing is, the video ITSELF (that 2:18:30 point in it) is its own worst enemy.

Now I have seen some of this Guy, I can't believe he is doing exactly what he is wanting to take others to court for. He is in fact worse. What a joke, he seems to say one thing and then another that contradict each other. Have you heard what the republicans are saying about each other in the primarys?? if there wasa cause to get action they would have done it. and they have the money and the publicity to do it. Little AZ Billiards are killing a show that seems to get 10 people watch. Anyway, I have no idea what to do about this guy. he is obviously a little strange.

Maybe Marty will use the lawsuit money to enroll in a grammar and spelling class at the local elementary school.

My only run in with Marty other than listen to how great he is on every stream is when one time I questioned him about something he said. He apparently logged out of the stream and under a non logged in user name sent me a whacked out vitriolic private message about what an A hole I am and that I don't know anything. I then questioned him if that was him who sent me the PM and he said NO!!!

What a F'n wacko tobacco.............

Edited to correct my bad spelling. I am taking lessons from Fatboy!!
