Balabushka ?

Looks close, but I'm gonna bet on it being a Horn. It's in the details...
Besides, we already know where the real Bushka's of this design are.

the pilots look right. bushla pilots are pretty distinct however that cue is in exceptional condition. had to be refinished at some point. buttsleeve also look al little too long

2 things that need clearer pics, thickness of the nickel silver rings and the pin

i believe it's an Adam

Balabushka?? don't think so

I'm no expert but looks like an Adam prototype. Ive seen a couple of those around. Still a good looking cue and the Adam Buska's play real nice....:)

Yeah I already posted this, and looks like the General theory was that is was a Richard Black... but hey lets see some new answers right! :o

I missed that, I had started this post about twelve hours ahead of you'r thread, so most of these pool bums were still sleeping it off. :) I find it unlikely that richard black would not mark it. I'm sure he would want the credit for his hard work?

Jayman.

jayman, why don't you buy it and let us know.

Because thats a very big gamble! and I NEVER GAMBLE! if you dont believe me I'll bet you a hundred bucks!

Jayman.

(I would like to actually see it though)

is there any way to buy it and return it in 1 day,i would pay $200option on the cue for $4000 if it checks out
of course I have been known to be wrong about these things,so this is not advice that I offer but merely what I am willing to do,but I am afraid of Ebay

I mentioned Richard Black on a different thread and I'm sticking to it. The Balabushka theory is interesting though. If Jayman is right I may go after it. I have an RB that is a little similar, with the same delrin butt cap, joint, design etc.

IMO I think if it was a Bushka or Boti someone close to the location in CT. would have driven and taken a look at it.This being said see if the price really jumps near the end of auction. From where I am its 788 mi.If I was a player for it a road trip would be in line as the seller looks like she has a shop where it can be viewed.Hey Marcus your only 213 mi. away. With Valley Forge coming up there should be someone there to autenticate the cue.Hmm it's been a while since I've been to CT.
