I would try your local vinyl sign dealer, they should be able to make them.

You can get black vinyl stickers of various sizes in crafting and art departments, such as Michaels, Hobby Lobby, and even Walmart. That's the cheap solution and what I currently have on my table. If you want a specific font, then a sign shop should be able to give you just about anything imaginable. The font in your photo is very nice.

as mentioned, I went to a local vinyl guy and had mid century numbers made in addition to the 60's brunswick logo for the side.
