Efren won the last one of these (June, 2016) with Van Boening (2nd), Jones, Chohan, Smith, and Pagulayan. So doesn't Efren get an invitation? Perhaps he already did and is unable to participate.

Since one of my first picks, Frost can't make it I'll throw out another name John Schmidt, I know Dennis O is a great player but after watch some vid's of him playing he's just to tough to watch. If you want to see what I mean just watch the Alex v Dennis match recently posted.
