Don't worry about it, tips are still going good. For the price, no one should have any illusions you're making a killing. Very reasonable, good luck with the health issues.

I have been playing with an ultra skin tip now for about 3 years and I can go through
10 of them for the price of one kamui. I have no complaints. You can't beat them for
the price. I doubt anyone else is going to offer as nice a tip for the price

Tom,

I have been using your tips for a while now, I have not had any issues with them at all. The only complaint I have is that you don't make a Hard SIB tip. Thanks for making a solid product at a great price.

Didn't love the ultraskin, but really loved the SIB. Either way, you're a fantastic seller who does right the first time and doesn't mess about. Exactly how things should be handled.

You're first rate in every way.

Tom, your tips are the best bang for the buck in the layered tip market - by a wide margin.
Keep up the good work

Always like you service. But most of my customers 3 years ago complained that the Tips glazed over to fast and firmed up faster than that 'K' tip. So they might be a good price, but not worth having in the shop. But I would not badmouth you....

Tom, your tips are excellent. I have been using them for quite a while and will continue to do so.

Don't let a few bad apples spoil your bunch.

Tom. You are are a good person with a passion for this business. You have a good product and the people can afford. Don't let some morons ruin that for you. I pray you still continue what I know you love to do.

Must be something wrong with my Ultra's. No issues. Every brand tip I have ever used has to be shaped, roughened up a little every once in a while depending on usage. If users are not happy with Ultras simply don't use them...why are they flaming Tom.
