My Steve Dunkel cue

Hi Lou, Hope you are enjoying the cue. That's the only one I ever built with a quick release join and it's a full splice up picked up from someone selling them on the forum awhile ago. Great talking to you and kick some butt with the cue!
Steve, the new shaft is the stiffest hitting I have ever felt. I had all kinds of knots in my neck and shoulder from trying to keep from hitting the ball too hard. It is a monster hitting shaft. The cue is a hair under 18 oz but it hits like it weighs 22 oz.
Thursday night and last night I finally found the rhythm and feel of it. It takes a little lighter grip and more relaxed stroke. I'm starting to compete with it now that I'm getting a little comfortable with the control. Good results so far.
