Does anyone know where I can buy the round individulal plastic tins this person sells tips in?

Thank you, it sure does, I don't believe foam will be an issue once jigged up.

It shouldnt be. You can do it by making the insert in two pieces, a doughnut and a flat bottom basically. I think that would be the easiest option.

The packaging sites are your best bet, these are standard cosmetics jars. There are hundreds of options out there.
