we have the same question bro... i have blue diamond chalks that are sent to me by my cousin in japan (im in the philippines).. but the thing is.. its brown/tan in color.. searching their site states that they only have blue in color..
some say that it is only master brown and re wrapped... but the performance is way different.. even if compared w/ the pre-flagged ones.. i like using it and when others borrow it, they always want to but if from me.. so i do... hehe.. not knowing if it is fake or not.. does not bother me that much anymore bec of its quality (in my opinion)
