I would add Mike Webb to that list because for 1K you could get a nice, great playing, cue. Admittedly I am biased because I own two and Mike is a good friend but if I didn't think so highly of him I wouldn't post it here.

I second that.
Built like tanks with finish as hard and durable as anyone's.
And he can sure do them linen and leather wraps.

I voted CEM and if they were in better supply here in the US, I suspect a lot more votes would go that way.

Sugartree cue, imo, play brilliantly as well and since Karl updated that this is for a friend who favors exotic woods, could be Sugartree will be right up his alley. :thumbup:

I've had very little contact with Bluegrass cues but hear all good reviews on them.

Can NOT say enough good things about Richard at Bluegrass. I think he has the most beautiful woods out there bar none! It is strange though thinking that I don't ever have to look for another cue the rest of my life. The cue he made for me is perfect.
