CTE at long distances

I'm not sure if Efren uses CTE all the time or not but, and I wish I could find it, there is a YouTube video somewhere that someone posted showing Efren laying his arm down on the table to mimic the bridge. It was just another example of why he's the magician but in it you can clearly see him line up off center and pivot to center right before he shoots.
This was the only clear cut video I have ever seen to show that pro's, at the very least, know of and use CTE on occasion.

I swear that video was posted here on AzBillards a long time ago if someone has the time and inclination to go digging.

...and to add on the Efren meeting with Hal debate.
Hal told me that he met with 4 or 5 Filipino's in CA and taught them CTE. He said he thought Efren was one of them but was not positive. If I had to guess, Efren was not there but I am sure CTE made it's way back to the Islands. From there it's anyone's guess who uses it and who doesn't.
