Hey Guys,
A while back, and I'm embarrassed to say how long back, I built myself an inlay machine. See post 43 in the below link for pictures:

I'm finally getting around to learning how to use it and have cut some pockets. One thing I always saw on other machines were blower nozzles near the spindle, but didn't think much about them until now.
What do you guys with CNC rigs use for a blower source? I guess I could hook up my air compressor, but that seems overkill.
?????

I wondered about something like that and if it would provide enough air.
Not too expensive to test, I guess.
Thanks

Which gph unit do you use?

I'm interested in what size as well.
GPH is an odd parameter to size an air pump, though. And there's no indication of PSI, but who knows.
Thanks for the idea,
Gary

I got the 794 I had no reason other than it was cheap and I thought I would try it. But it works great . I ran clear hose to a flexible nozzle attached to my z axis . With the size of tube being small it has plenty of pressure to clear debris.
