A few years ago a customer ordered a blemished prong from you. When I got it, the only blem was part of the wood was too thin for a final turning, the customer knew this before ordering and he was fine with it.
I just talked to him the other day and he still cannot find the blem. Prather could have used it and hidden the blem but they sold it with full disclosure, that is a sign of a great company.
I ordered a few more things from them on Tuesday, they arrived on Thursday, that is fast.
