I recently purchased this DVD and watched it last night.
First off there were a lot of shots in the video that were fantastic and very realistic. My only "complaint" was the DVD could have been longer. I would have liked to have seen content on rack manipulation and breaking.
Gabe shows a lot of practical break escapes and mid game situations. Honestly I don't feel like there is much overlap in his video with the other videos out there and I've watched every single one of them with the exception of the unreleased scott frost video.
