Peter Heatherington is still hanging in on the B-side.
His first Open and he is feeling pretty good about it.

Mario Morra plays Johnny Archer on Wednesday....
...he's won in this spot before...he and his kid could meet in a couple rounds
....loser mows the lawn

Ive been watching the live update, seems like Peter is playing his normal deliberate pace and taking names. Good for him.

Unfortunate about Johnny and Erik having to play so early.

A name I havent heard for a while, Eddie Ciracella was also playing but I think he's out.

Canucks got both sides covered.
Eric and Mario hanging on the B-side...JA got his revenge on Mario for
a BCA loss in Vegas a few years ago.

Alex, Johnny and Jason prefer the A-side.

Did I miss anybody? Canadians are kinda quiet and polite...hard to tell if
they're around sometimes...well, except for Alex, he's a bit of a loud-mouth.
..if I recorded every thing Mario has ever said....
...I'd still have lotsa of room on the cd

Peter Heatherington has a possible claim to fame....
..he feels he may be the only man alive who has played Earl Strickland...
...and George Chenier.

JayPee you'll start and stop as usual ....lol. But don't sell your cues. Not sure if I learned anything from the experience but it was fun.

You made a good analogy when you played in the World Pool Masters qualifier, it went something like this.

"Id pay that much to have a good golf course kick my ass, why not do this"

Great tournament Peter, we were cheering you on from the Hammer.

Thanks Dan. I really appreciated the support from you and others. It's a great experience for all of us who love the game and one that, if possible, any serious player should try to take in. Well over half the field are there for the experience and if you get a good draw you can win matches. I couldn't have been more fortunate to get both a fair draw and the chance to play Earl Strickland. Easily worth the price of admission !!
