I think both should ship on the same day unless the person has less than
10 itraders, then I would think thy should show proof of shipping
first.
If deals become a headache, its just not worth it.

Itrader history can be the deciding factor however, there is no specific way to complete a trade.
If people use common sense and know how to properly investigate the situation on AZ
specifically, trades work fine.
Reputation and attitude can also be the deciding factor, I don't believe in escrow unless
the cues are worth at least $2000, and even then I don't like it.
