i had a great lesson with lee yesterday
he showed up at our scheduled time
he was prepared with a syllabus of what we would cover in the lesson
he asked me if i had any specific issues to work on
he watched me play for a while taking notes
he then started the lesson
we worked alot on my pre shot routine
trying to be as consistent as possible each and every time
i didnt realize how variable mine was
his lesson covers all the fundamentals
in an organized thorough way
he analyzed my bridge hand in 10 different scenarios.......
beyond the fundamentals
he has an interesting system for speed control that i think will be very usefull once i practice it
we talked about position /pattern play as situations came up
he has good advice on the mental game
all in all it was very worthwhile
as i believe my game will improve if i integrate what we worked on into my game
as an example
me and the 6 ball ghost usually play a close set
with the ghost winning more than i do but with many hill/hill sets (races to 5)
once i started to be consistent in my preshot routine
i was able to run many 7/8s and a few 9s...
one shot that has plagues me for years
is the cue ball is just off rhe rail and you have to shoot a ball in with draw (you are jacked up)
lee showed me a different way to allign/aim the shot compared to how i was doing it and started to make those with much more consistency
THANKS YOU LEE FOR A GREAT LESSON
I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM AS AN INSTRUCTOR
