This game is for 2,3 or 4 players but could be good practice for the single player.

Pocket any ball with a higher number than the previous ball. No numerical order.

After the highest ball pockets, the low ball becomes the OB and must be hit first.

Simple rules for a game having good strategy. Play is for a minimum of 15 points.

A Reverse game of 'Cut Throat' to eliminate your own balls, instead of making both opponents balls.
The 3 player game FIVE discourages 2 players from teaming up against an unsuspecting 3rd player.

First player that pockets his 5 ball group wins.. Payouts equal all opponents balls remaining on table.

A 3 color ball set.. (5 blue, 5 yellow, 5 red).. also works well when playing FIVE..

A game called Contact. Pocketing balls is not necessary to score points.
Both the lowest ball and 1 striped ball must be contacted by the cue ball.
All solid balls that fall remain in the pockets. The 2 striped balls will spot.

Either the lowest ball or a stripe ball must be contacted first or it's a foul.
The game requires CB control.. for drawing, kicks, caroms, and safeties.
This game calls for many carom shots, that need to follow OB stun lines.

This game is called Red Ball and uses the 3-7-11-15 as the four pay balls.

A fun game, especially when you're playing as 2 partners for small wagers.
Playing as 2 partners, both players should alternate shots until one misses.

Red Ball is a rotational game, and you will initially contact each lowest ball.
Try to pocket all the Red Balls, while keeping your opponents from scoring.

This 8 ball game limits the number of pockets allowed for pocketing the 8 ball.

Try to pocket your ball group into as many pockets as possible. The 8 ball is not
allowed in an empty pocket, or into pockets holding 3 or more of your own balls.

Pocket ball counts identify a pocket that potentially can be used to pocket your 8.
The 8 ball is okay with 1 or 2 balls. No 8 in empty pockets or with 3 or more balls.
