I bought a Lucasi Custom LZL-14 a couple weeks ago. It's a limited edition cue and is beautiful. I was able to pay an extra $60 to upgrade to the Hybrid shaft, which is a radial 8 pc laminated shaft. The cue has an implex collar, 3/8x10 joint, and a leather wrap. I have a Pechauer and a McDermott with a G-Core shaft, but this Lucasi is now my favorite player. It has a slightly cushioned feel, perhaps a touch firmer than the G-Core but not as firm as the Peach. It's a quality shaft and I know it's made in China, but has a lifetime warranty against warping so I don't see much risk. I would advise anyone thinking about it to go ahead and try one.
