My Gandy rail problem

So,the last time I posted was about the warped rail. I stiill haven't got it

fixed. I'm looking for either a new rail or someone to just recalibrate my

rails and put new cushions. All other of the 5 rails bank just fine

but the other rail in question doesn't even get close to banking

I hope this is the right pic of it.If it is,I hope it's good enough to see the bow in it.
Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome. It is the upper rail in the pic

Look, drop the side skirts to the floor first off. Then make sure all 3 rail bolts are tight in the rail straight across from the rail you're talking about. Tighten both end bolts on the warped rail, loosen the center bolt last. The take a ratchet strap and run it around the table and over the center of both side rails. Tighten the strap until the bowed rail is straight then tighten the center bolt to hold the warped rail now straightened where it's at, then reinstall the rail blinds. Make sure to check the bolts for tightness often.
