Recently started hitting balls again, after five years of medical issues, back surgeries, heart, etc.
As of today, these are eleven cues I like to play with today.
The group changes as I upgrade tips, ferrules, and shafts, on the cues I've picked up recently.

Great collection.
I love the Judds.
I blame him and Trudy for wanting to make cues.
RIP Judd.

Very nice collection Ted. I'd have one similar if I didn't think Mrs. j2 would kill me. :)
Regards.

I got this one from a friend

RIP Judd

I had two JT-3.
One was a gaboon with BEM points. The other was a marblewood with BEM points..
I frequented Judd and Trudy's shop when they were about half an hour from our house back then.
Judd had a unique construction method. He installed the joint screw on the blanks before they were assembled or before the points were cut.
He had a Gorton mill he bought from McWorter . That machine was busy. Saw it do recuts when he was making the Dream Catcher cue. His fanciest cue ever.
Saw him line up the points by using a pencil on the tool post trick.
His shop was relatively simple. He had two Atlas lathes , mill, pantograph, band saw and table saw. He had no cnc .
The final taper on his shafts were done manually. He was very good with two sanding blocks. Efren went to him to have his Meucci shafts taken down to 12MM .
A year later, he was playing with a Judd JT-1.

Glad to see you are feeling better my friend. Hopefully, I can get to drive there one of these days.

Nice job.

I've been installing new tips on all of my cues, except new cues.
Mostly Precision mediums, some Kamui clear black soft, and Kamikaze mediums.
Here are the three cues I tried out today.
