Pool in Vegas

Hi All,

There are ten of us flying into Vegas on Thursday for 10 days. Obviously for the mosconi, but since we are all pool players of varying levels, we are hoping to play some house tournaments while we are there. Can anyone give me some advice on where to go, where to avoid, whether we can even play since none of us will have any kind of APA rating...

Any suggestions are much appreciated

BTW. I know this is a topic that comes up a lot, I did look back and the last proper list was from early 2014. Just want some insight possibly from a local on house tourneys etc

Good timez billiards has a great sat evening tournament and great non smoking facility

For eating the Wynn buffet is the absolute best. It's $40 I think, has all you can eat crab legs that are already cracked open and tomahawk steaks, which are $100 each at steak houses here in Chicago.
Also, China town is very close, there is a great chain there called Hot and Juicy if you like shellfish seasoned hot. It's awesome.
