How to reach a moderator on az

My friend is trying to join AZ and it keeps telling him some one will contact him...He is confused and has been waiting a few days now and nothing...
His name is Kenny Jasper...Does anyone know who to contact on this and how to reach them?

It took me a few weeks to get on. Figured everybody was busy with tournaments. I ended up finding a very old reddit posting with an email addy for AZ House Pro, same as pt109 suggested. Was on the same day.

Depends on what state he lives in.
Applicants from certain states are more likely to be delayed or denied membership.
