New 14.1 league in Minneapolis area

The other day I found out that one of our league members actually played Willie Mosconi back in the early 60's. We presently have 10 players, some new to the game, and some of us that have been playing for quite awhile. But we are all enjoying ourselves.

BTW, Minneapolis area has several 14.1 leagues going including MN StraightPool, 3M league, Farmington Billiards and Shooters.

I think Mark P scored the highest run in 2009 for the Twin Cities that I know about, it was 121.

I'm still trying to get to 50! My current is 42.

Should have a few more MNSPA leagues starting in the coming weeks too! Glad to see Shooter's 14.1 got back up and running again

Wow. 14.1 alive and kicking in MN.

I saw Beau shoot at Derby. I got vid of the marathon 3 + hour race to 100 with Charlie Williams. :boring2:

Mike Fieldhammer was shooting at Derby in the 14.1 challenge, too.

I see Jimmy Wetch and Samm Diep and lots of guys with good numbers. Sounds like a good league.

Wish I was a little closer (Mankato), sounds like a lot of fun!

Both Dennis and Matt do a fantastic job, and put a ton of effort into keeping 14.1 alive and well out there in MN!

We enjoyed having the group of players from MN participate in the 14and1.com Nationals last year, and they finished well. Hope to see another group this year!
