I have had various cues through the years that developed a buzz
rattle, noise or what have you. I have also read on here about the
same thing happening to other people. They were fine for quite a long
time ( couple of years or so), and then for no apparent reason started
to make a noise. None were cheap cues. With so many parts fitted
and glued together I can see how this could happen. What is the
disadvantage of a one piece butt other than weight, and weight
distribution. Warping does not seem like that should be a problem
since a shaft is much thinner and most good ones stay relatively
straight.
