Does Anyone Know Who Made this Cue?

Just picked this up today. I do know it's at least 40-50 years old by the old pool player that it came from. He says he's used it at least 40 years 10 years ago. Has 4 points and it is a brass or bronze joint with wood to wood in the section. Thanks for the input.
