No idea who built it. Anyone got a clue. 5/16x14 joint 3 high 3 low narrow points. All the rings are wood inlay even the dark rings . THE SHAFT IS STIFF EVEN TAPERED TO 11.3 MM. 3/8 FERRULE LENGTH.
