Within a mile? Not unless you live in New York, even then.

I live in LA LA Land, NoHo (North Hollywood).

I have to drive 12 miles for a ball bangers room, 22 miles for a players room and 33 miles for an action room.

If you are gathering info for a business plan start with a bar/sports bar model.

We are north of philly 10 min.
Id say our range that people come to or room regularly (weekly) is upwards of 70 miles. About an hr.out. or more.
Recreational and action guys.
I assume most of our customers fall within 15 miles avg..
