Hey, thanks .... the search continues.I remember seeing lots of adds for this on US open videos some years ago, and then not much after that.
I haven't bought this, but I have had other types of set-up-and shoot devices. My advice would be not to bother. It takes time to set up, and eventually you'll get fed up. I used mine to test various theories I had about throw etc, but fortunately the ones I bought were very cheap.
I also highly doubt the educational values of doing this stuff to get better at aiming. You are basically teaching yourself to pick up cues that will not be available during a match. If you have problems with certain shots, set them up and shoot them with a camera rolling. Learn how you miss (on what side) and try to understand why.
If you really want this, then nobody can stop you from buying it, but I bet that thing will be taken to the pool hall 2-3 times and then be left in a drawer or on a shelf to rot.
