You're the worst.
I love that table, and the light looks awesome!
DJ - Really nice setup for your clients.
Makes me want to come in for treatment.
Doesn't that Light Panel come with Any Side Trim from the factory?
A lot of light spillage into a shooters eyes.
How am I "The Worst"!
I said I like the atmosphere he has created for his clints to feel at ease in.

I only asked a simple question about the factory not providing side panels for the light.

You need to get in touch with your feelings when someone has a different opinion than your own.
Maybe the OP could get you in contact with someone.

I don't think we should "hijack" this thread by going way off subject.
But since you asked.....

If you mean me 'mchnhed', I am now retired.
Thank you for considering me for working at your business but I enjoy my free time too much learning how to play pool.
I've only been practicing Pool for one year. Haven't ever really played anyone, unless you count the Boys Club 50 years ago!
I'm using Pool as my Physical Therapy since having a bicycle accident 18 months ago.

PM me for my resume for you to look over.
Could you please do in kind by giving me your line of work?

As Richard shared the light is very nicely defused. It looks in the pictures as if it's an assault on the eyes, but it's not anything close to that.
It's extremely easy on the yes actually. I talked to a friend of mine who said what separates a cheap from quality LED Light Panels is the "refresh rate" of the LEDs.
Cheap panels will have a crappy refresh rate and cause your eyes to fatigue quickly, whereas a quality panel will have LEDs with a refresh rate that compliments the needs of the eyes.
This is one of the reasons Richard's lights cost what they do & can't be compared to a $69 dimable light from Amazon or Costco.

Not a problem. I'm a Master's level Social Worker (MSW), with a Clinical concentration.
Basically I'm a Therapist with a dual specialty in Mental Health & Addiction. DJing is how I paid my way through school.
The office is where my private/group practice is located. A few of the staff as well as several of the Pts like to shoot Pool.
With a waiting room that would fit a full size table, I didn't really need to much encouragement to put one in, LOL. -Z-

Very True with older Magnetic Ballast fluorescent lamps at 60 cycles.
You may not perceive it but your pupil is constantly opening and closing to the pulses.
That's why we used HO T-5 Tubes in our office at 3500K.
High Output Electronic Ballasts cycle at 30,000.

Another consideration is color temperature (measured in degrees “Kelvin”). Lamps rated at 2,700-3,500 Kelvin give off light in the more pleasing red/yellow end of the color spectrum, closer to that of most incandescents. Bulbs rated at 5,000 or Kelvin and above (usually older, cheaper to produce ones) give off a less pleasing, harsh white/blue light.

Here is an article on LED Flicker and it's harmful effects.
http://www.premierltg.com/what-makes-an-led-bulb-flicker-how-to-solve-led-flicker/

Beneath - For our information....
What is the Refresh Rate or the Flicker Rate of your lamps?
The Color Temperature?
The CRI?
I am looking but I can't find my glasses!

Shout-out to Tammy from Nielsen's Billiards .
I ordered a OB-1+ shaft circa 3:30 today and she still got it in the mail for me TODAY!
I told her about the GC III table in my new office and she said she'd check out the pix on AZB. This shout-out should make it easier for her to find the thread.

Thanx again Nielsen's Billiards.
