Cool find Richard. I see more and more carom cues abandoning the wood pin joint for piloted joints. By the picture it looks like a radial pin. With the Euro down I might talk my wife into letting me buy one of these cues. I had a Hanbat Kentauros model which had a similar radial pin joint.

I really don't notice much of a difference in wood pin or metal

It is most likely easier to jam in a pre made pin than thread mill wood so that may be a factor

I'm one for tradition, but I would also like to have one of his cues if possible
