bebot bautista is one of the best cuemaker in the philippines. the inlays and finish product is superb. Playability is good as well with solid hit. No issue of Warping.

Can anyone comment on the quality of these cues?

I own one higher end JD cue- Joel Davidas I would rate workmanship as an 8 on 10- not perfect but very good, I would rate playability at also an 8 on 10, very good, not great. I have not experienced warpage, but the shafts were made to over 13 mm - perhaps made thicker to avoid warpage- had to have then cut down and tapered. Very good value for the $$ vs. U.S. custom makers. Pick a well known top filipino cue maker and you should be OK for the $$$. - sole based on one cue I own for 6 months.
