Alton Takata is one of the billiard industry`s most treasured participants. He has made lasting and phenomenal contributions with his stunning custom cue caps that rest atop some of the fanciest cues ever made, including several beloved hall-of-fame cuemakers.
All the while, as he has made his contributions, he has demonstrated the most wonderful, humble and engaging demeanor that has endeared him to literally everyone who has ever met him. In fact, he personally adds to the special nature of his work even through his gentle nature.
I have started this thread to share some of Alton`s work accomplished for some of my Tad cues. Every one of his creations is a treasured heirloom even as a standalone set without a cue!
He has made unbelievable cue cap sets for me for cues other than just Tad cues, some including Schick, Scruggs, Josswest,, Gus Szamboti, Ginacue, and others.
