COA for a possible Rambow

Does anyone know who the best authority would be for me to send in my potential rambow to get a COA? I've searched through the forum and after looking through a few pages with no luck, I thought I'd ask instead.

Depending on what your plans are, and the cue, you might not need one.

For example, if it's clearly a legit cue ( no major concerns) and you are looking to sell it to a knowledgeable buyer, its unlikely that a COA will make any difference.

I'm not sure about a COA but if you post pics there are some very knowledgeable people here. They will give you a Better idea of what you have.

If Paul Rubino is available I would go to him.
Several years ago Paul charged $100 and Deano charged $300.

How wide are the black phenolic joint color?
My Rambow shafts measure 3/8 exactly and my Brunswick Willie Hoppe signature cue shafts measure 7/16.
Don't know if that means anything but there's not a lot to go on.
It looks like an unsigned Rambow to me.
From the pic it looks like the pin is a little short for a Rambow, but that could be something else.

What is the butt diameter in the back above the butt cap, and the center of the handle.
