James White Amboyna Burl Hoppe Cue With Lizard Wrap & Flame Veneers taking offers
I may or may not sell this cue . Its an awsome cue
and I may just stick it away for a few years in a hyperbolic
chamber
. Comes with 3 shafts (one OB-1 with matching ring work/by JMW)
the other two are the shafts that came with it .The main shaft I
play with does have the slightest taper roll , I asked Jim and
a few other cue makers about it and they all said it made no
difference in play and to me is the best of the shafts to play with.
Just wanted to be honest about it as it came that way to me and
at 1st I did not notice it but you can roll it on a tables and see a
little wabble but not much .Just posting it up to see if anyone wants
to make me an offer I cant refuse on it .
dated August 2006. The forearm features 4 razor sharp Amboyna Burl points into Bird's-Eye Maple. Each point has 4 flame veneers (yellow, orange, red and and black). The butt sleeve is Amboyna Burl and sports an Ivory hoppe ring. The wrap is burgandy Lizard. The shafts are 12.88 mm and 12.86 mm, . The cue is 58.0" long and weighs 19.2 oz. with either shaft; the butt alone weighs 15.6 oz. The cue has a piloted stainless steel joint with a 5/16-14 screw.

I will post a pic or two of the Ob-1
shaft soon
Price Update $1725. money order or $1750 plus paypal fees
I made a small nic in the finish on the very bottom of the butt when showing it
to a local guy .I got a quote of $75 to re-finish it or I can just sell it a little cheaper
its up to the buyer and I can send pics of the ding/nic .So $1750 as is or $1825 and
I will pay to get it taken out
