I dunno if its my moniter but that 3rd shaft seems to be majorly warped....... Gorgeous cue regardless!!

you're right ..but the shafts are straight .. here's another shot.. the bottom one is now in the middle ..

what do you think ?

Its the cloth lines underneath the shaft that makes you think its warped,trickery on the eyes. :wink:

wanted to get barry's ok before sharing this bit of info...

the shaft wood selected for this particular shaft for this particular cue was chosen from his dad's stock of old wood...

how generous of barry to use something so precious to him...

i have no words to express how lucky i feel to count him among my friends...

thank you, barry... that shaft is an absolute treasure...

i'll let you know as soon as i try it out .. it's been raining for weeks now and the humidity is 100%... am just letting it sit in my case at home for now.... i will try some drill shots with all 3 shafts and then use the one i am most comfortable with and let you know... it's heavier than most cues i have, as are many of the cues of that period... may take a little time to get use to ..
